• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Full or partial payment is required to secure your reservation.

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and direct bank transfers.

• Prices are subject to change due to airline fare updates, currency fluctuations, or hotel availability.

2. 📄 Documentation

• Travelers are responsible for providing valid identification, visas, passports, and any necessary documents.

• We can assist with visa services but do not guarantee approval from the consulate or embassy.

• Aggarwal Holidays is not liable for missed travel due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

3. ⏳ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges vary based on the destination, time of cancellation, and vendor policies.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.

• Detailed cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be provided in the quotation, itinerary or booking confirmation.

4. 🚍 Tour Packages & Inclusions

• All inclusions will be clearly stated in your travel package (accommodation, transfers, meals, entry tickets, etc.).

• Any additional costs (shopping, personal expenses, tips, etc.) are not covered unless mentioned.

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.

5. 🔄 Changes by Aggarwal Holidays

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of changes, suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered depending on the situation.

6. 🛡️ Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend travel insurance for all travelers to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

• Insurance is not included unless stated.

7. 🙋 Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must follow local laws, respect cultural practices, and behave respectfully during tours.

• Aggarwal Holidays is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel, we are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel package booked.

9. 📧 Communication

• All official communication regarding bookings, payments, changes, or support will be done via the contact information you provide (email/phone).

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and active contact details.

10. 📍 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
